Consultancy Service Agreement
You will be offered to sign an agreement which regulates payment terms, project time schedule and scope of services.
Professional service fee is calculated according to the numbers and dimensions of the space of the project and divided into installments upon completion of each stage of design development. The first payment is to be made on the day of signing Consultancy Service Agreement.

Elio Fiorini (born in 1971) is an Italian architect. Elio studied at the University La Sapienza in Rome and has been selected by his world famous professor of architecture Paolo Portoghesi to work on the project of masterplan of the city of Terni and to define the new urban gate of the city.
Working side by side with this talented theorist, historian and critic of architecture Elio has developed his complete understanding of the reason for architectural discipline to be applied to each and every project. And that is something he would like to pass to his students and clients.
